For decades, I juggled a career in telecommunications, product leadership, and innovation strategy with being a mom, a wife, a friend, and a fallible human.

I spent more than 25 years defining my worth by the job I had, working toward the next big thing – always.

I find meaning now in showing up unapologetically me (techy-nerd feminist, loving Mom, Grams, and friend, forever learner, writer, poet).

I’m strategic, sensitive and empathetic. My superpower lives at the intersection of systems-thinking, pattern-recognition, humanity, and technology. And I believe how we experience the systems we live, work, and lead within impacts our health and well-being, and our overall quality of life.
